The Winslow Genealogical & Historical Society is looking for members. This organization is just starting out to fill a critical void that currently exists within the Winslow Township borders and the communities contained within it. That void is a lack of researched history of Winslow Township, its communities, and the diverse businesses, schools, and churches. Very little has been documented about its history, the impact of the businesses and churches. WGHS was formed for that reason...to have a gathering place for those that are interested in learning more about Winslow Township's history and that of the families that were instrumental in molding its growth. Membership is open to everyone who is interested in preserving, researching, and documenting the history of Winslow Township and its communities.

Membership

Members help in researching and document different areas, communities, and events that have had a historical impact on Winslow Township.
Members gather to share and exchange information and resources pertaining to the history of Winslow Township.
Members help others who are conducting their family history research and whose roots extend into Winslow Township.
Members serve on different committees and projects in order to attain the society's goals and milestones.
